ARTIST'S NOTES
Technically this is the same chracter as I drew previously, but this time in royal garb.

The picture was sketched with shading because it seemed appropriate at the time that if I wanted to draw royalty, I should give it more attention. It was also a piece for me to practive intricate costume design, but ended up with me just throwing stuff in to fill white space.

I am, however, very happy with the piece.
