The focus here was supposed to be the turmoil a kid would feel upon being seized by his latent powers being awoken...and such...

Didn't come out too well, but I definitely had that DragonBall stuff in mind when I drew it.

It was supposed to be a character of the future so his clothes look weird and his shoes look like something out of Back to the Future 2.
