ARTIST'S NOTES
This is a pretty old picture and recently got an incarnation. When I first drew it, it was based on the Jim Lee female style and face (though I don't think it originally turned out so well). As time went on, this particular image in the book was one of the poorest, so in order to make it somewhat equal to the quality of the rest of the pics in the book, I went for round 2 and changed the picture almost completely.

Killed the beach ball, and changed the outfit all together. The outfit she is wearing now makes even less sense, kind of a Mad Max/scuba diver getup, but fun to draw nonetheless. Love the shoes and the knife strapped to her leg.
