ARTIST'S NOTES
Ryu is probably one of the most well loved and most used characters in the entire street Fighter series. He is an Icon of fighting games and every fighting game must have a Ryu.

I love drawing bust shots of characters because often times, that's where the character is, in the face and shoulders. This pic is what I consider to be my first acceptable Ryu pic where I captured his visage.
