ARTIST'S NOTES
At the time when this was drawn, there were no known pictures of Charlie and Guile together. We all knew that Guile was on a mission of revenge but never really knew the realationship the two had. When Alpha came out and we got a chance to see Charlie, he was a lot more cool than I imagined, so I did this pic as a tribute to their partnership.
